Wine Down Wednesday with Heather

Wednesday, November 5th | 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm

Unwind midweek with a relaxing evening of light and gentle stretching, and a calming sound bath led by Heather. This soothing session is designed to release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Afterward, enjoy a glass of wine as you connect with friends and ease into the evening.

30 minutes light yoga and 30 minute of soundbath.
