Are you interested in learning meditation or discovering what it is like to be truly present? Join Amber for a gentle practice, a guided meditation and breathwork to calm the body mind and spirit. In this class, you will be introduced to (or refreshed with) various aspects of mindfulness meditation, expanding a sense of spaciousness and connecting with the light of inspiration.
Meditation calls us to connect with our essence ? with who we really are, as we really are. Learning to meditate we discover how to practice so we can create space in our lives to experience what is essential, to restore ourselves and replenish our energies to meet life fully.
This series continues once a month with the following schedule:
Saturday, October 8th: Astrology Readings
Saturday, November 12th: Chakra Testing
Saturday, December 3rd: Sound Healing/ Sound Bath
$10 per class or 4 for $30.
