Curious about Chakras or energy healing? Do you want to have your chakras tested and explore a few ways to help balance the energy of your body inside and out?

In this class, you will learn about chakras and the energy system of your body. Your chakras will be tested if you'd like. Amber will share Mudras, and Mantras and offer other tools to keep your energy centers balanced.

Did you know-Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. The seven main chakras are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and governs specific functions that help make you, well, human.
